Discus: Cone Front Moving Reverse Drill

This a a cone front moving into a reverse drill, a drill used in the discus. This drill teaches an athlete to maintain their balance at the end of the discus throw using a reverse technique. After the cone leaves the athletes hand, focus on keeping the head and chest up, replacing the right foot where the left foot was in the discus ring while maintaining their balance.
