Hurdles: One Step Lead Leg Drills
The one step lead leg drill on the right side teaches the athlete to be quick over the top, drive the lead foot down, close and quickly to the backside of the hurdle.

The one step lead leg drill on the left side teaches the athlete to be quick over the top of the hurdle. Keep the lead leg bent, have quick hands over the top of the hurdle, pushing the lead leg down on the backside of the hurdle, as close and quickly as possible to the hurdle.
