Plyometric Training: Combination Bounds
This plyometric drill is a right-right, left-left leg combination bound, used for sprinters and jumpers. The athlete learns to change legs while cycling the opposite leg through in mid air. The athlete should maintain proper posture, driving the knee up to parallel as much as possible, and having good foot contact with the foot striking the ground directly under their center of mass.
