Plyometric Training: Forward-Back Jump Routine
This plyometric drill is a forward and back jumps routine, used as a beginning level plyometric drill for athletes. The athlete should jump forward and backward, covering a couple of feet in distance on each jump. This drill should focus on having quick contact time with the feet off of the ground.
