Plyometric Training: Single Leg Small Hop Medicine Ball Drills
This is a right leg small hop drill with a medicine ball that is a partner drill that teaches athletes to maintain posture, keeping the swing leg out in front of them, and being quick off of the ground in each hop. It is important to maintain rigidness on each contact on the ground with the foot.
