This is a modified or adapted yoga froggy routine used in cool down series for track and field training. It's very important to stretch the hips and the groin effectively after a workout. it is widely known that many injuries occur because of lack of flexibility in the hip and groin area. It's important to use control in these movements, working through the full range of motion.
