Shot Put: Heavy Implement Full Body Throw

A heavy implement full body throw in this video is demonstrated using a 35-pound weight. This drill can also be accomplished by using plates from the weight room or heavy med ball, if needed. Use large muscle groups by firing the right leg and glute muscles before trying to push the heavy implement with the upper body.
