Sprint Training: Four Point Ten Meter Start
The basic four-point 10 meter start is the last drill to do before actually getting into the blocks. The athlete's feet should be approximately two steps off the front line with the front foot and three steps off the line with the back foot. The athlete has four points of equal pressure with the weight distributed evenly between the arms and feet.
