Teaching Proper Sprint Mechanics: 1-2-3 Wall Fire Drill
This 1-2-3 wall fire drill is used to ingrain proper drive phase sprint mechanics. The athlete is driving 1-2-3 then holding that front knee drive position. Knee up, heel up, and toe up, at all times with a straight line from the top of the head through the back foot.
