Weight Training: Chin Up
This movement is the chin up. The chin up should be set up with the palms facing the athlete. This will allow for a greater concentration on the bicep. We're looking for the athlete to achieve full height by getting their head above the bar and full depth with straight arms at the bottom without relaxing their shoulders.
