Weight Training: Kettlebell RFE Split Squat
This movement is the kettlebell rear foot elevated split squat. When done properly this movement will train all the muscles of the posterior chain, the quadriceps as well as core strength and shoulder stability as the athlete fights to maintain an upright position. Two main points of emphasis in this movement are keeping your chest up and maintaining posture and keeping your foot directly beneath your knee.
